DRIVERS RDS - Overview
DataCraft's DRIVERS Recruitment Diary System is the tool of choice for busy, agency driver operations. Available in both single and multi user options, RDS satisfies whatever requirement you may have for the size of your business. RDS supports single recruitment consultants, teams of consultants and enterprise wide access. Each entry made to RDS is tagged with the user who made the entry so that views of Clients, Drivers, Bookings and Calls can be constrained to individuals while accessing the master database.
RDS tracks all your Jobs, Bookings, Driver Timesheets, Client details, Driver details, Calls, Performance and much more.
RDS tracks all the Classes of driving license for each driver as well as the Client Charge Rates and the Driver Pay Rates for each class. Making a booking couldn't be more simple: just let RDS know which class you are wanting to book for a client and RDS will display all available drivers with that class in their profile. Selecting a driver will automatically setup the charge and pay rates for that client and driver combination. Another click and you can enter the hours from the timesheets and RDS will immediately calculate the values for you - job done (in seconds).
All Prospects, Clients and Drivers are stored and displayed in the master Lists and any client or driver can be found quickly and easily.
Each Client can be Profiled with as many attributes as you wish to track. The powerful Profile Query Engine lets you find all Clients that meet the profile you are seeking. Another click and you can mailshot these Clients in seconds using the link to MS Word.
The Calls History is immediately displayed as soon as a Client or Driver is highlighted in the Master Lists.
All conversations between your company and the Client can be stored in the Call Logger so that other members of the recruitment team can be kept up to speed with the communications to date when each Client is selected. Promises to call back at a later date and time are stored and RDS will display a reminder that action is due within the nominated period setup by each user.
RDS search engines enable you to home in on a particular group of Clients then mailshot those at the click of a button.
The RDS Booking Processor automatically calculates both the NI and PAL rates as well as margins and profits based upon Client Charge Rates and Driver Pay Rates.
RDS Statistics are a dream for the management team. The number of Clients added, Drivers added, Calls made and Bookings made, Revenue generated can be displayed, by Consultant, for any period selected. Another click and these statistics are displayed within a printable graph. This helps to identify those areas of activity that need attention before it is too late!
Most RDS clients support the view that the investment in RDS was repaid by increased efficiency and productivity within 6 months of purchasing the system.
